If your sale price is ≤ $500,000 your commission will be $10,000 + GST.
If your sale price is between $500,001 - $800,000 your commission will be $13,500 + GST.
If your sale price is > $800,001 your commission will be 1.75% +GST.
Land Only Pricing:
If your sale price is ≤ $450,000 your commission will be $7,500 + GST.
If your sale price is > $450,001 your commission will be 1.75% +GST
An administration fee of $499 (exclusive of GST) will be added to the commission statement on the result of a successful sale.
For Marketing Upgrades and extra items booked and applied, the items are charged at the prices agreed with their proppy.co.nz salesperson. These upgrades will be invoiced at time of listing.
The Client is charged for these packages/items regardless of whether the property sells or not.
